Considerations in the use of water jet cutting machine

The water jet cutting machine needs to be equipped with a water supply system, and in order to prevent water leakage during pipe connection, the thread of the steel pipe head must be higher than three teeth of the screw pad. If it is found that there is a fault in the water jet cutting machine, but it is not sure whether the fault point is in the water circuit or the oil circuit, it can be further judged by disassembly.

First remove the water circuit of the water cutting machine, then turn on the oil pump and high-pressure water switch, and observe whether the reversing of the oil cylinder piston is normal, so as to determine whether the problem is water circuit fault or oil circuit fault. After finding out the problem, it will be much easier to solve it.

For intensifier pump, the place with sealing ring needs to be coated with lubricating grease; At the same time, the oil temperature of the intensifier pump should be reduced as much as possible, which will help to greatly improve the service life of the sealing ring and reduce the use cost of the equipment.

For the high-pressure cylinder and low-pressure cylinder head of the water cutting machine, it is recommended to loosen the threads at their joints every two or three days to prevent the high-pressure cylinder and low-pressure cylinder head from being connected too tightly. And you can touch the high and low pressure parts at both ends with both hands, so as to quickly judge which end of the high and low pressure check valve is not well sealed. If it is not well sealed, it should be adjusted.

We should know that properly reducing the pressure of water jet cutting machine will not reduce the cutting efficiency, but also greatly improve the service life of vulnerable parts. When the abrasive nozzle is used for a period of time, it can be rotated by an angle to continue to use, which can greatly improve the service life of the abrasive nozzle.
