High pressure water jet cutting is good, but it also needs to be taken care of and standardized in use. First of all, we should pay attention to the thickness of the cutting material. When cutting, we should select the appropriate cutting head according to the thickness of the material to be cut. When the material thickness is less than 2.5, use medium-sized or large cutting head, and the cutting output is not high, so we should prepare more cutting heads, and choose them reasonably according to the material.

In the process of high-pressure water jet cutting, if there is a gap between the materials, the rapid water column ejected by the water jet nozzle will diverge between the air gaps, resulting in the rough surface of the cutting materials, thus affecting the cutting effect. So when cutting, keep the materials flat and stacked together.

When cutting some special materials with high-pressure water jet, you can choose underwater cutting operation, which can reduce the atomization on the material surface during the water jet cutting process. Due to the reduced visibility during underwater cutting, it can be used with the electronic monitor of high-pressure water knife accessories, which can improve the cutting accuracy.

If the cutting material is glass, stone and other composite materials, it is necessary to change the cutting rate by controlling the increase or decrease of water pressure, otherwise, the greater pressure may lead to material damage. In addition, it should be noted that the water used by the high-pressure water knife needs to be filtered first to filter out the impurities in the water, so as to prevent the impurities from wearing the nozzle, affecting the cutting effect and reducing the service life.
